Shipping and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call Caseworks International Inc. and you will be issued a return authorization. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Upon receipt of merchandise in perfect condition, Caseworks International Inc. will issue you a credit minus original shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee.

Please note that you are responsible for returning all merchandise in perfect condition. If the unwanted item is returned damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your carrier. Returns will only be accepted in their original boxes with all original packing materials.

We will not, without exception, accept any returns, damages or exchanges after 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

There are no returns or exchanges on custom work.

"Free Ground shipping, in the Continental USA only." Any shipment other than ground, or Canadian shipment, must be quoted.
